Fund and Get Rewarded -eUSD Reward - REFERRAL CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility: Fund and Get Rewarded – eUSD Reward Referral Contest (the “Contest”) is open to Participants 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this Contest to qualify. Participants must be residents of Nigeria. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of MobileCoin Inc., dba Sentz Global (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Contest, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. 

2. Sponsorship: The Sponsor is located in Sacramento, CA, and will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering, Participants agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding, as it relates to the content of this Contest.

4. Participation Period: The Contest will be ongoing and may end at any time at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. How to Participate: No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. However, to be eligible, Participants must meet the following conditions:

Influencer Participation:

  • Each Influencer will specify the funding method (fiat or crypto) and any additional qualifying actions required for their Followers to participate.
  • Influencers will determine the number of eligible referrals for rewards, as communicated to their Followers.

Follower Participation:

  • Followers must sign up for Sentz using the Influencer's unique referral link.
  • Followers must verify their identity via Smile ID.
  • Followers must fund their wallet using the specified funding method (fiat or crypto).
  • Followers must complete any additional qualifying actions as communicated by the Influencer.

 6. Awards: The Influencer will determine the reward amount for each qualifying Follower-Participant. Sponsor will determine the reward amount for each qualifying Influencer-Participant. Rewards will be distributed to eligible Participants via the Sentz app.

The Follower-Participant has fourteen (14) days to complete the qualifying events to be considered a “successful Follower referral.” There shall be no cash or other award substitution permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The award is non-transferable. The qualifying Participants, upon acceptance of the award, are solely responsible for all expenses related to the award, including, without limitation, any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The qualifying Participants shall not transfer assignment of the award to others, nor shall the qualifying Participants request the cash equivalent or award substitution. By accepting an award, the selected qualifying Participants grant permission for the Sponsor to use the qualifying Participants’ likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Qualifying Participants must have a valid Sentz wallet and must be able to submit to KYC/AML verification of the same to receive the awards. OFAC and other control policies apply. Qualifying Participants with an eligible entry who do not see an award in their Sentz wallet, shall have fourteen (14) days to notify Customer Support and redeem it. 

7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received from all Participants determines the odds of receiving an award. Only one funding by a Follower-Participant in the Sentz app shall be considered an eligible entry. Multiple funding by the same Participant, or using multiple wallets, will not be considered eligible entries, and will not increase the Participant’s odds of receiving an award. 

8. Selection and Notification of qualifying Participants: Qualifying Influencer-Participants will be selected by the Sponsor upon meeting the eligibility criteria until the total maximum retail value of the aggregate awards is reached or as otherwise specified herein. The Sponsor will send the awards to the qualifying Participants via the Sentz app after both Participants complete all steps per the above section 5, subject to the verification and control policies set forth above. Participants found using multiple accounts, or multiple device IDs to enter will be ineligible to receive an award after the first eligible entry. Sponsor will not be liable for the qualifying Participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact or shipping information. If a qualifying Participant is found ineligible, the award may be forfeited.Receipt of the award by the qualifying Participants is conditioned on qualifying Participant’s compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF A QUALIFYING PARTICIPANT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE QUALIFYING PARTICIPANT (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A QUALIFYING PARTICIPANT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest, should an unauthorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, KYC/AML, or other regulatory or legal non-compliance, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Contest. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the qualifying Participants based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Participants who tamper with, or attempt to tamper with, the operation or entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability: Participant’s entry into this Contest constitutes Participant’s agreement to release, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against, and from, any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) qualifying Participants accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any issued award or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the promotion administration or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Participant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Participant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. By participating, You, the Participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
